McGregor International Real Estate is built upon a foundation of philanthropy & community involvement embracing the “MyHome4Good” philosophy; When you Buy, Sell or Build with our team, 0.25% of the entire transaction(s) goes to a charity organization of your choice. 

For example, if we sell your home for $550,000 and help you purchase a new home for $650,000, that equals $1,200,000 in total for both transactions. Multiply that by 0.25% and then $3,000 would be donated in your name to a charity of your choosing.

Warren McGregor our Broker has a 25 year history of humanitarian work that includes drilling fresh water wells in 3rd world countries and supporting 1000’s of at risk children. Warren, still serves on the boards of multiple nonprofit organizations.
